kp33 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

To register and maintain an active account on kp33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kp33 applies a strict 21+ age policy to all real-money gambling services on the platform without exception.

kp33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (National ID card or passport), date of birth verification, and proof of residence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kp33 may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account.

• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

kp33 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, kp33 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount. You are obligated to notify kp33 of any such error immediately upon becoming aware of it.

All sports betting activity on kp33 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, Test matches), football, kabaddi, and other markets — is governed by the specific betting rules published within the kp33 sportsbook interface for each event type. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific betting rules for a given event, the specific betting rules will take precedence.

kp33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age verification, identity verification, or source-of-funds documentation requests within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account for purposes other than personal entertainment.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from the player's payment provider relating to a kp33 deposit.
• Detection of collusion, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of the platform.
• Voluntary closure request submitted by the account holder.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not due to breach of these Terms), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within ten business days. Bonus balances and any associated bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned upon closure.

kp33 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur from time to time. During periods of platform unavailability, kp33 is not liable for any missed betting opportunities or game sessions.

kp33 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of your voluntary gambling decisions. All gambling activity on kp33 carries inherent financial risk and is undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your kp33 account, a bet settlement, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of the platform, you must follow this procedure:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with your registered username, the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction or bet reference number (where applicable), and any supporting evidence. kp33 customer support will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide an initial response within three business days.
